As Easy As One, Two, Three

In the rare event you need to make a warranty claim we want to make the process as painless as possible. If you are claiming for a straight replacement part:

1. Call the supplying branch who will send you a replacement part (chargeable) and a claim form.

2. Complete the claim form and return it with the faulty goods.

3. Upon receipt of the faulty goods and acceptance of the claim, your account will be credited within 24 hours (turbo chargers, catalytic converters and diesel injection pumps will be subject to a further inspection and may take up to 28 days to process.)

If you are claiming for parts & labour:

1. Call the supplying branch who will send you a replacement part (chargeable) and a claim form.

2. Complete the claim form and return it with the faulty goods along with a labour estimate. The paperwork and parts will be returned to the manufacturer for inspection.

3. Within 28 days we will respond in writing and, if the fault is due to defective materials or workmanship, we will credit your account for the part and the agreed labour costs. If the claim is rejected, an inspection report will be provided.
