Road to recovery 

Dear customer,

 

I hope you and your families are keeping safe and well.

 

As some restrictions start to ease and we move forward on our road to recovery, I wanted to take the time to let you know that your safety and that of our colleagues will remain at the top of our priority list.

 

We too will be operating a phased approach to lifting of the restrictions we have in place and will continue to keep close to the government’s decisions and ever-changing landscape – making sure we reflect the latest guidance and safety procedures in our own easing of measures.

 

As you know, our branch network has remained open and operational throughout each of the lockdowns, and we’ve been very proud to maintain our support of you and your garages while you keep the nation’s vehicles on the road. During this time, we’ve introduced things that have allowed us to deliver the most stringent of safety measures, something we are still very diligent on as we play our part in keeping you and our teams safe.

 

We know you and your business will have faced a great deal of challenges over the last 12-months, and we hope some of the supportive measures we have introduced have helped ease that burden during a truly difficult time for our industry.

 

As things begin to return to a new version of normality, you will continue to see advice led content and customer-centric offers from us, alongside the same levels of service and support you expect. Whether that’s helping you plug the MOT gap between now and September with advice on where to look for additional revenue streams, training and support to prepare you for the future, or any one of the service solutions we offer to help you maximise your business to its full potential – we’re here to help you.

 

As such, one of our first focuses will be on how our account management can bring back safe, socially distanced visits with our customers, as and when you would like to see them reintroduced. We are very much looking forward to being able to have those face-to-face conversations on how we can best support you now and in the future, but remain committed to doing this as safely as possible.

 

We are incredibly proud of our colleagues’ efforts to maintain our support of the aftermarket, and we look forward to continuing our relationship with you as we come of this together.
