This recall is a precaution because the supplier has identified that some adaptors have been incorrectly wired. Euro Car Parts Ltd would like to reassure customers that there have been no reported concerns over the safety of the product.

The part number affected is 551772580, and adaptors that are subject to the recall are marked with one of the following numbers ‘PO 1040380’, ‘PO 1040544’, ‘PO 1040720’ or ‘PO 1040455’ on the sticker attached to the side of the adaptor.
