Terms and conditions
Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions is a condition of entry.
ECP’s standard terms and conditions of purchase apply.
Open to Trade Customers who are defined as a business, trade, profession or an individual acting in the capacity of a director, sole trader or partner ( this excludes national or key trade accounts).
The First 25 trade customers to purchase 3,000 Litres of Shell oil online between 19/04/21 - 30/06/21 will win a pair of VIP Goodwood Festival of Speed Tickets.
If a trade customer does not wish to participate they must notify ECP.
1.RESTRICTIONS ON ENTRY
1.1. The Prize Draw is open to ECP trade customers only who purchase Shell Oil via a registered trade account on omnipart.eurocarparts.com, but excludes national or key trade accounts.
1.2. The promotion is open to ECP trade customers in the UK only.
1.3. Not open to Employees of ECP and their immediate families.
1.4. Entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions will be deemed void.
2.HOW TO ENTER
2.1. The promotional period will run from noon on 19th April until midnight on 10th June 2021. Purchases made after this time will not be entered into this promotion.
2.2. Subject to eligibility, every 10 Litres purchased of Shell Oil via a registered trade account on omnipart.eurocarparts.com during the Promotion Period will qualify for one entry to the Prize Draw.
2.3. Multiple entries to the Prize Draw can be earned in one order.
2.4. Trade Customers may enter this Prize Draw as many times as they wish.
2.5. ECP reserves the right to exclude any entry for any reason at its sole and absolute discretion. ECP’s decision to exclude an entry and as to which participants are eligible is final and no further correspondence will be entered into.
3.PRIZES
3.1. The prizes are as followed; 25 pairs of VIP tickets Goodwood Festival of Speed for the first customers who purchase 3,000 litres of Shell online. And for every 10 litres of Shell oil purchased online, trade customers will receive 1 entry into a fortnightly prize draw for the below dates.
3.2. The prizes are as stated no cash or alternative prizes, available. ECP reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal value due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
3.3. The prize is non-transferable and does not include any additional costs and expenses. No cash alternative is available, prize does not include any additional cost or expense.
4.SELECTION OF THE WINNER
4.1. The winners of the fortnightly prize draws and prizes will be randomly selected from all entries correctly submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions.
4.2. Winners will forfeit their Prize if the Order that entitled them entry to the Prize Draw is credited or returned within the promotional period for a non-fault reason.
5. NOTIFICATION OF THE RESULTS AND RECEIPT OF THE PRIZES
5.1 ECP will notify the winners using the registered email used to place the Order on or before [10th August 2021].
5.2 The winners of the weekly prize draw will receive their prize on or before [10th August 2021].
The winners of the Goodwood tickets will be notified by 30th June 2021 ( date of the event TBC).
5.3. The Prize will be sent by registered post to the address used to deliver the Order. All postage costs will be paid by ECP.
5.4 ECP reserves the right to verify the identity of the Entrant.
6. DATA PROTECTION
6.1 Entrants hereby provide their consent to their data being exchanged. Any personal data submitted as part of the Prize Draw will be stored and processed on behalf of ECP as data controller in accordance with applicable local data protection laws and in accordance with ECP’s privacy policy which is available at (https://www.eurocarparts.com/privacy-policy).
6.2 Entrants agree that such data may be used for the purposes of administering the Prize Draw, contacting the winners; and for such other purposes as stated in these Terms and Conditions.
6.3 The surname and county of the winner's details will be displayed on the ECP website.
6.4 If an Entrant agrees their details may be used but does not want their surname and county included on the list of winners referred to above, they must notify ECP within a reasonable period of time before the closing date of the promotion.
6.5 Entrants acknowledge that they may be asked to participate in publicity if selected as a winner.
7 GENERAL
7.1 This Prize Draw is operated by Euro Car Parts Limited (Company No. 02680212), Euro Car Parts, T2 Birch Coppice Business Park Danny Morson Way, Tamworth B78 1SE (“ECP”).
7.2 ECP’s decision in all matters relating to the Promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7.3 ECP reserves the right to investigate any activity it believes to be of a fraudulent nature and to disqualify any participants that it believes are carrying out fraudulent activity or otherwise seeking to circumvent these Terms and Conditions.
7.4 ECP reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason, either in whole or in part, without prior notice. In the case of any changes to these Terms and Conditions a revised version will be provided to participants as soon as reasonably practicable.
7.5 Participants are responsible for all costs and expenses relating to participation in the Promotion including any tax cost implications.
7.6 By accepting the Prize, the Business Customer agrees to hold ECP and its affiliates harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of the Prize or the use, misuse or redemption of the Prize.
7.7 While nothing in these terms and conditions will limit ECP’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud, ECP will not be legally responsible to entrants or winners for any losses that were not foreseeable to ECP or to the entrant at the time of entry to the promotion or which are caused by a third party.
7.8 Where the law implies warranties which cannot be excluded, ECP’s liability for breach of those warranties is limited to resupplying the Prize (or paying for the costs thereof), where this is permitted by law.
7.9 While nothing in these terms and conditions will limit ECP’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud, neither ECP nor its agents shall be liable under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, the Prize Draw or the use or redemption of any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and ECP or its agents and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
7.10 This Prize Draw, including these Terms and Conditions, is governed by the laws of England and Wales and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in relation to any dispute arising under or in connection with the Prize Draw and/or these Terms and Conditions.
